No Cornrows Crochet Locs - TWO DETAILED METHODS SHOWN (Nu Locs)

Thank You for making this tutorial, because I was just thinking how hard it would be for me to try to install individual crochet braids into the back of my entire head!😰 Of course I wouldn't have a problem in the front of my head and that would definitely make my hair look more natural, but trying to crochet my individual braid into the crochet braid hair in the back of my head??........Can you say complete frustration and tired arms!! Glad to know that someone else was thinking like myself and it actually came out nice! I tried to braid my own hair with weave and it was a complete nightmare! So crochet braids here I come! In-ter-esting 🤔 I had my locs in for 2 months and watch some videos to wash them. Mines don't look bad except the front 🤔 so since I watched this video I want to take them down and re braid my hair and have that individual look in the front so I can just touch up the front. TFS...😘

I wish there was a way to send a picture I feel like the nu-loc is rejecting my braided hair I didn't crochet them I used the other method of splitting my hair placing the loc in the middle looping my hair then braid & wrap technique at first the braid was completely covered by the loc now I've noticed my braids is on the outside of the loc acting like a vine weird right idk what to do other than buy some more and re style it ...

This method has been around for at least two years in the US and i never could cornrow neatly and tightly which would be the easiest method for me to do..For some reason my plaits/braids will not stay inside the faux locs when i try that method. Extremely frustrating when the diy methods save tons of money but i cant get past start lol ! I have tried a few different brand/ textures including freetress but i just can't get the daggone plait to stay enclosed.

I think she has braces y'all so mean. Also with this kind of hair you can "seal" it in place quite a few ways. That's a different tutorial altogether. But it would prolly be best to keep the plaits in that retwisted loc would be reseal it. And thank you for your video very helpful I'm about to do these the first time very very excited 🤩

This doesn't work. Not sure how long the braids stayed hidden for your model, and maybe we can't see it because the hair is dark., but no.
