👉🏼 after taking the cherries to the stove, let's boil them on low heat until the sugar melts in the first place, after it starts to boil, let's boil it for a maximum of 45-50 minutes on high heat, boiling it for a longer time will make the color of the cherry dull and it will turn brown
👉🏼 if you follow the suggestions I have already given, you will get a jam like you see in the video between 45-50 minutes 
👉🏼 the jars and lids you use must be well sterilized.
👉🏼 if you store the jam jars in a cool place out of light, they stay fresh for two years 
👉🏼 Butter prevents the jam from foaming and there is absolutely no smell of butter when eating.
