Forgot all about this song! Takes me right back to high school/late teens era. 💙 I've always been in awe of how Gwen is this fierce performer, extremely successful, talented, unique, mass kicking rocker chick, but when it comes to guys, she is just like any other girl. Same insecurities and crazy thoughts and emotions that we don't want to admit to.

I'm so glad I grew up with this kind of music. The new generation gets impressed very easily with the current pop stars. Artists like Gwen Stefani were not pretentious, they could be fun and deep at the same time.

My best friend, Jazzy May died from ovarian cancer in 2015. We were only 23 years young and she was the biggest Gwen/No Doubt fan I have ever met. She looked like Gwen's little sis and took fashion inspiration from her and even got a degree in fashion design before she got sick. In her dying days in hospice, she dyed her hair hot pink and gt braids just like Gwen's look in this misic video. She died with that hairstyle and whenever i miss her i binge watch No Doubt videos (((♡))) love you and miss you Jazzy (((♡)))

I miss the 90s/early aughts so much!!! MTV still played music videos. During the span of an hour show, you could hear metal, R&B, alternative, country and hip hop, and love every song due to the exposure. No Doubt became my group when I watched Don’t Speak. 16 years old and life was just beginning. Never forget, ‘youth is wasted on the young’. Enjoy and love yourself!

Sadly this song came to fruition 15 years after its release. Gwen's greatest desire in life has always been to be a wife, mother, and to grow old with the supposed love of her life. Too bad Mr. Gavin Rossdale never grew up. Either way, she'll find someone who truly appreciates her for who she is: a decent, genuine, and wonderful human being.
