Hi, this time I made mozzarella corndog with soft and crunchy skin even without egg. You can replace the mozzarella with sausage or combine it with sausage 😉
I use cooking utensils from Stein cookware (shp.ee/2ahquc4), such as a non-stick frying pan and a 4 in 1 cutting board (for cutting vegetables, meat, fish, and cooked food). The advantages of the products are explained below.
Mozzarella Corndog Recipe

Skin ingredients:
- 160-170 ml warm water
- 1 tsp yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 200gr (20 tbsp) high protein flour
- half tsp salt
- Panir flour / bread flour to taste
Filling:
- 250 gr mozzarella, cut into 6 pieces (can be replaced with sausage)
