No Electronics | Family FUN!!! 

Every family needs an Aunt Bonnie and grandma. Love hearing them cackle ❤😂

So much fun in this video. When my son was younger, he's now 43, our yard seemed to be the gathering place for the neighborhood kids. One hot day I set up a water slide for the kids. They were having a blast as a neighbor and I sat on my front deck laughing and cheering them on. My son and a couple of friends came up and asked me to come play with them. I took two steps onto the slide, fell on my butt and broke my tailbone 😮! Let's just say I was never asked to play on it again !! 😅

I love savanna. Her heart is so pure and beautiful, as are all the girls and everyone! I'd soo love to see more interaction with savanna and her sisters. I always see Bella Hannah and Arianna but feel like savanna gets left out alot or prefers her own company! If you guys want to do the surfing again, Royal Caribbean has the Flow Riders on almost every cruise ship. It’s super fun. And cruising would be a great way for your big family to travel and meet everyone’s dietary need as well.

They have :books for dummies" for many types of autos. We used one to rebuild the transmission and engine for our 1970 VW van. And another for our 1967 VW Fastback. They are well written and the diagrams are clearly showing each small part

When your talking about the bacon dance, I noticed a small basket on the stair wall, that is an apache burden basket. Small ones like that are made for decor but bigger sizes are used in our ceremonies.

Genuinely think my mental health is so bad because I’m the only one in my family who has a very sentimental, bonding, spend time together and do nice things for one each other just because sort of love language. This family, I really wish I had people like this in my life..

Glad you had fun and the kids getting fresh air. Sorry About Max's truck- would suggest getting a owners manual at a auto store. It would be helpful on what works and what doesn't. I had my Dad's 1976 Blue Chevy 1/2 ton truck like Max's. Cars that much older are easier to maintain and you don't have the computer aspect to worry about. :D

We use to do the slip n slide every 4th of July. I think every Sunday should be no electronics day! Family Sunday fun day!

My son worked several reservations in the off season at Rhodes. My son in law was trained to run the flow there as well. I have never tried it and I think Crystal is suuuuper brave and did great!

For me whenever I was a kid still when it rained I live in Texas so when it rained it like rained a lot a so me and my brothers friends would get boogie boards and go boogie boarding in the ditch or like go catch crawfish and stuff it was the best time this is what the video reminded me of, and I really miss it and I love how y’all all love each other

Last time the family did a slip and slide we didn’t notice that there was a rock underneath the slide soon as someone hit it that would be me I was sore for a few days but it was so fun I’m glad you guys had that experience with no one getting hurt Love you all fam…

We only did electronics during the week if it was school related during the school year. I think Sundays are a good reset day. Completely unplug unless you have to film, don't worry about that either. I think it's so important to find that balance. If the kids notify their friends and coaches or whatever then there won't be a whole lot of worry about missing phone calls or texts. Obviously if they have a job or if they're in the middle of a season and coaches need to send out stuff through the remind app or whatever then it's smart to have their phone available to check like once every 3 hours for like 5 minutes. Also with Bella going through that college course she may need access to hers for like studying and whatnot but I think that having one-day-per-week just for family and a full reset is completely wonderful, especially with your new daughter inside the house.

Speaking from experience, if you do try the slip and slide, check for rocks in the area where you are going to lay it down

I’m from Iowa and we do slip and slide but since in most of the town there’s not a lot of hills so we’ll just get the tarp wet and add dish soap and go running and go sliding.

So much fun I had a friend when I was a kids her front yard was great for the slip an slid we used a combo of baby oil and baby shampoo oil gave great speed which u put on before the water

You need to get a big slide for your pool Amy put hose over the slide maybe get extra wide slide so two can go down at once.

I cut right threw my fingernail and into my finger yesterday! Also my Grandparents Church does this slip and slide idea for the kids at the church and it’s a big hit every time

Rhodes is the junior high school I went to! I went to school there when they built the water complex! We were one of the first to try it out 😊 such a fun time! Love you all!

Well dealing with a lemon of a car is super frustrating, but I feel like Max is going to learn a LOT and he will never have to go to the mechanic on newer cars when he gets one because he’ll know what to do.

Love a good slip n slide growing up ours had a concrete driveway at the bottom so it was like russian roulette. But such fun

I’ve noticed a less shy Logan as of late

Krystal had me dying on the floor laughing when she said “it’s a learning experience for max, but he always have his hood up” it’s true. You don’t want a car payment but fixing a old car time and time is just like having a car payment. You’re always dropping money into it. It’s best to have a new car that you know won’t have problems and pay the car payment. Then dropping 1k one week for a transmission, then another $300 the next week for something else.

That was great fun I know my granddaughter would love something like that
