I can't vote because I am not invited, being foreign, but why can't you vote? I was supposed to vote for French legislative but I have heard the right wing there is now going pro EU so Le Pen is obviously turning her vest and being paid by Davos in some way. So I am not voting.

I remember rationing - and the first time I tasted a chocolate digestive biscuit. I was about 6 - I remember it still. Andrew is legend and I wish him luck today. As to farmers, and indeed most small and medium sized businesses. the government should stop their constant meddling, regulating and taxing them out of existence.

It does make sense when you understand the masterplan to depopulate and degenerate the people , or simply to witness the general direction of travel over the last 5 years , then looking back in context of retrospect that same pattern goes back a lot further , engineered decline has been actually going on for decades . Please go to vote in YOUR constituency - it is extremely important for you to cast your vote as it IS due to the apathy of the public who do not vote that the nation is in such a terrible state…I have just voted Reform UK …I doubt it will change much where I live as it is usually staunch Labour but I have no right to make any comment whatsoever if not casting my vote.

I do my best to support local farmers, using farmers markets, honesty boxes by road side and avoiding supermarkets. The problem with farmers is then using toxic chemicals on the fields, our neighbours have the huge field opposite the house planted with potatoes, last night he was out spraying that insecticide fungicide herbicide stuff and it came all over the garden, into the house, no warning,a toxic shower of god knows what is in it. I know they "have no choice" and are not able to be organic due to little profit they make but there is an issue with farming also, intensive farming, 4 large units of chickens sheds here as well, i know we have to feed everyone with poor quality meat, it is a real maze for farmers and what can they do? I don't have an answer, but i am lucky l can afford good quality food and not have to buy sprayed potatoes. I have my own business and don't earn much but l value good quality food over going to the pub drinking toxic alcohol, or buying cigarettes or vapes, so it is a choice.

We don't "have to feed everyone with poor quality meat". People need to eat less of good quality food, rather than mountains of poor quality food. It's the latter that makes practically everyone in this country obese. Also, you've made the key point yourself - you don't have much money but you *choose* to spend it wisely. Most people don't do that. It is absolutely not necessary to be rich to eat well.

@Lookup2Wakeup farmers are being squeezed out if existence. Five farmers in Suffolk alone committed suicide in May due to the extreme stress they are under. No wonder many are having to sell up, usually to developers, or give in to the re wilding subsidies, as it is their only way to survive.

I started growing my own food during the plandemic, it's the best decision I ever made and now I have the greatest admiration for the farmers who work from dawn til dusk to put food on our tables. God bless our hard working farmers. God bless Andrew Bridgen ❤

Ok, not happy bunny waking up to the news that the only MP with guts has not been re-elected.....but every tale has a twist in it and if you want to make God laugh tell him him your plans as they say. It is just the work that Andrew will be doing is not in way that it was expected to pan out. I don’t agree that trees and hedgerows are insignificant they are required for insects to pollinate and support wildlife whilst creating a countryside worth living in,stop building solar and wind farms,the idea of that we are going to grow crops underground using lights is madness,we have to come up with realistic alternative energy we need to invest more into research slash arms spending keep out of conflicts as an island we have natural defences against mass army invasion,create a defence force by all means declare neutrality. There’s an interesting trial for tidal energy production down in Bideford eagerly waiting for results

England was suppose to have learned at the end of WWI and again for WWII how important farmers were when they had a severe good shortage. Ships bringing in food from other countries were sunk before getting to the shore. The trouble with not teaching history is it will repeat itself. It’s happening in the USA too. Farms are being shut down, animals are being culled. Where do the so called leaders think the food is coming from? Backyard gardens can produce a little bit of vegetables during the warm months but not enough to get families through a whole year in most cases. We have to ask ourselves why they would want to do this.
