You have the amp only for the antenna , you need to connect the blue wire to the accesories cables from your car in order to get audio out of the apps and android
@@StreetLegalCars sometimes the ANT cable is used to signal on the amplifier ... therefore the amplifier turns on only when listening to the radio. You need to use the ACC wire to turn on the amplifier.
I have power but no sound. There is an amp wire, a purple wire from the android harness, not hooked up to anything. Where do i put it? On my jeeps harness on the harness on the android unit?
Hello.. if you can help me? I have a 9-inch TS18A unit mounted on a Renault Clio 3 (2006) and no sound can be heard in the car's speakers. The unit worked perfectly about 1 hour after installation. The car does not have a factory amplification system and the voltage measured on the 4 audio outputs of the unit is 6.2V... what could it have?
strange thing is, that if i activate google voice search/assistant and say command e.g. "play spotify", then all apps (spotify, youtube, waze, internet radio...) play sound normally...
hey dude, I have same cheap android unit and I have no sound at all sometimes, after restarting car multiple times I get sound if I get lucky, any suggestions, thanks
Yep , buy Pioneer and u won’t have this problem,.. that what I end up doing,. I went thru 3 android head units, finally said phuaqit, spent lil more $$$ Got a pioneer same size as off brand had zero problems since,. I like the android units, a shame they are junk,. We all know it,. The messed up part is I bought android bak in 08 and it still works $30 is what I paid for it, no problems whatsoever, it’s the newer versions,. They are just thrown together,.. good luck,. Folks. I feel ur pain, been there,. Not once but 3diff times…
The solution that worked for me is to download a app that turn off the next microphone with the radio perhaps the cable moved and does not leave | listen to RU-vid, and other applications that have audio.
Same thing just happed to my android in a c63- apart from its playing quietly, and has randomly stopped coming out the car speakers! Also tried everything!!
Just fixed it!!! Go to apps - then settings in apps- then the media bar was randomly on ZERO!! Put it half way up or where it suits your system!! The media on my android- has two settings, so check both!! Because on mine one was up! So i thought it wasn’t that, But then the app settings was DOWN!! Good luck
Please help... My unit was working for months now all of a sudden the sound keeps switching on and off every 3 seconds, streaming from the phone or playing direct from unit its the same fault. Its gotta be something simple but I can find what it is 🙈🙈🙈🙏🙏
@@aasif2310 I fixed it already. It's related to the AUX setting. BTW, does yours use shared wifi connection or LTE ( sim card )? Do you know where I can find a diagram of the sim card slot position ?
I just bought a Px5 android unit for my mercedes w211. I have the same problem. Sometimes it works but often not. Sorry to say, but its bullshit Chinese quality. Not compatible bluetooth. Don't buy.
