NO FIXED DELAY WEAPONS CONCEPT..... Pixel Gun 3D 

Reflector has both because of og 3 cat and the devs had to nerf the og 3cat so it got both delays and it stayed that way

You forgot the Alien Bouncer and transformed blaster

I’ve had similar thoughts recently about at least reducing the fixed delay of some older guns like temple guardian, sock bomber, siege mode gauntlet, instigator, deep ambusher, plastic bazooka, sharp fans and then completely removing it on charge weapons and miniguns. Mainly because the fixed delay of 2-3 business days makes the almost useless aside from hardcore spamming (which can get old quickly) Edit: I forgot to mention the Rude Bully.

The Terramorphing stone should keep it but something like the electric lantern should have it removed and also do no delay on both of the laser brothers.
