No flour mozzarella cheese balls 

I figured out how to deep fry no-flour mozzarella cheese balls without them separating, I used egg whites as a binder, it works great! Watching those perfectly round cheese balls rolling around in the hot bacon lard and becoming golden brown is a satisfying experience on its own, and then getting to eat them is the real reward. 👌😋😊
