Taliah Waajid was a lifesaver and a game changer for me. As a woman who lives in a dry desert climate with 4c hair this product is purely magical. And the only thing that has ever worked for my hair. I’m so heartbroken 💔 and my only complaint is that I wish I had known about this years ago. I would have hair down to my knees by now. This stuff keeps my hair soft and moisturized. And I tried hundreds of products over the years and wasted so much money and this is the only thing that seems to work in my hair consistently. I really love this product!!!!!
I agree! This product is so awesome and this is the first review video I've seen where the RU-vidr didn't really like it lol. And I have thicker type 4C/4B hair than she does lol.
@@lipstickfaith it's not that I don't like it, it just didn't work well for me for a no gel wash and go. This cream is good under a gel to soften a crunchy hold, but alone, it didn't work well. I am definitely going to try it for a twist out and see how I like it for that. Thanks for tuning in.
@@NaturalRaeRae Girl, it's the BOMB for a twistout. I actually haven't tried it with a wash and go yet, but will probably try it this weekend. But the twistout with the Curly Curl Cream was a game changer for me. It also lightly stretches the hair since the product is so heavy lol.
Looks beautiful! My barber recommended it. I love her other products as well. You might like her conditioner it’s yellow makes my 4B/4c hair really soft and manageable when it was longer.
@@NaturalRaeRae Looks like it’s called Enhancing. Not sure if it’s the same formula I originally used because now the label says co-wash. I haven’t purchased in awhile. Today on her IG she shared she was dropping some products that weren’t selling. I think yarrow root was one of the ingredients in her conditioner I used but I don’t see it on the label now.
This cream is good for wash n go!!! I used it alone on my 4b/4c hair using the shingling method and my hair is so defined and shiny ,the cream is bomb!!!😍😍😍
I’m like a hopeless romantic when it comes to cream I know what a gel can do but I’m always on the hunt for a lovely cream for a wash and go ..I would be willing to give this one a try also looking to try the adwoa cream..your hair does look very pretty and it does not come across as ashy on camera over this way lol..thanks for the video ❤️..wait I hollered you say don’t be asking me about no cream I know don’t work for me I love it 🤣🤣❤️ and I’ve watched through and you said flakes and so I guess for now I got to put it back off the list one thing I cannot stand is a product to flake lol

I love this cream because it gave me curls in areas that wouldn’t curl and I find that it doesn’t work with any other product, curly curl cream works on its own, I didn’t get any form of flakes anywhere so try it on its own and it will moisturise your hair and define your curls, also, try banding your hair in 4 sections at night to keep the length and it will last for more than a couple days which it did for me
I hope you like it. It gives a lot of softness, but not much shine. The lights are making it seem shinier than it is. The product is not bad, though. Thanks for watchig.
I tried this with a Shea Moisture conditioner under and had good results. I also used an oil/ serum after to seal and add shine. I got the after sleep mash but propped back up in the morning easily. I like the softness. I don't like gel so I appreciate this one.

When I tried the apple aloe leave -in I let My hair dry mostly and leave my hair a little damp, then I apply it. I found that since it’s really thin and water like I would add it on somewhat dry hair to add the water and moisture back in my hair. When I apply the product to wet hair I feel like I am just wasting it because with my wet hair it just drips Down and when I use the praying hands method to make sure it’s gets in my hair, I am just squeezing most if not All the product out and it’s not actually in my hair .
Taaliah Waajid has another cream product called: Bamboo, Biotin, and Basil Curl Activator and Defining Cream. I love it. From looking at your results, the product I mentioned may have a better result. It may offer more shine and better definition. You may do a review of it and compare. You can get the product on Amazon.
Would love to see you try Khlova Curl and Defining Cream. It is a small black owned brand and my favorite styling cream for wash n go style and twist outs. No flaking. It is very moisturizing and defines my curls :)

I've tried this product and achieved great results. It did not contain many natural ingredients. The botanical ones did not give the same results. Why is this? Perhaps Rae, you could do a battle of botanical products vs chemical products?
I haven't done a wash n go without gel (prob won't bc I need my hair to last at least 4 days!), but this cream works well in one of my fav combos!! And yeah it has zero shine 😔 but it it's great with a gel..
My hair is soooo stubborn it dont matter what kind of cremes I use it will still sit in my hair so what I do is I mix it with warm water cause I'm lowpo with a DIY my hair takes better with mixture and foams
I can't make a general statement like that because not all low porosity hair is the same. What works for my low porosity hair may not work for someone else's. You would have to try the product for yourself to see if it is perfect for you. Thanks for watching!
U definitely used too much. I put it in my hand rubbed my hand together then applied and my hair is longer and I didn't use anywhere as much as you did, so you probably will get flakes. I love your channel ❤️
Looking for a product for my 5 year old. Her hair is sooooo dry! Seems anything I use on her hair causes build up, white cast, and provides nooo shine. HELP!! -a struggling mom
Sorry to hear you are struggling with your daughter's hair. If you are getting a lot of build up and dryness, you may need to clarify her hair. Make sure to check ingredients. Silicones sometimes build up on hair and keeps hair from accepting any moisture. If you are using shampoos with silicones, conditioners with silicones and deep conditioners with silicones, then putting on a moisturizer and styler with silicones, as well, then her hair may be caked with silicones and that can cause buildup and dryness. Try watching videos with women who have young children and see what they use and why and how it works on their children. Some youtubers with small children are: HazelGoddesss, Mini Marley, JeanetteJBeauty and LavishlyBritt. Hopefully one of these channels can help you or they can refer you to other channels. Sorry I can't be of more help.
Oh yeah, Don’t use that Coco Creme again! Although, that video was entertaining, it didn’t work on you LOL! This wash n go wash n go was just ok on you. I’ve seen much better on you with much more shine, definition and hold
