Looks great! I like the way the front red fender lends itself to the bottom of the tank and the black fender matches the top of the tank. the bottom line is you're enjoying working on this bike so who's to say nay?

Looks great has the whole rusty butcher look to it now check out his awesome videos with the exhaust and the chopped rear fender. Was just wondering if you could tell me about that chain guard there. Looks good and helps with not letting your passenger get caught in that chain haha wanted to do a guard on mine too.

I have an '06 Sportster 1200L I like to tinker with, but it has always been a cruiser/touring bike. It weighs 560 pounds and has a wide 4.5 gal tank, and feels more like a Dyna/FXR than a Sportster. Way too heavy for a scrambler type bike. I have a Yamaha XT225 for off road/dirt road use. It only weighs 249 pounds. Trying to wrestle a big heavy bike around off road is no fun, at least for me.

I first saw this Sportster at the weirdo campout in the spring. So cool to see all the modifications since then. You really can fabricate well. Great looking sportster, and you even helped out Manny with his Sportster! Great work! Cheers.

I think the closest they got was the newerish sportster roadster. Buell had some really similar ones that were 100 lbs lighter.
