The fact that some of you can’t see that something is clearly wrong with that child is disturbing to me and you probably shouldn’t be having children either if you think that’s normal. Allow this to sink in babies that are diagnosed with fetal alcohol syndrome at the hospital are not allowed to leave the hospital with their parents. They are turned over to the care of the hospital. Afterwards decisions have to be made where to place them .
