The few times I've used one, I've had good results from ICM's boards. (Their telephone support is also pretty good.) That heat exchanger was definitely scary!
Not to be too pedantic but I saw _new_ 2 prong outlets. They're still made for direct replacement purposes. The old ones have the slots centered vertically. These newer ones have the slots raised to the same place as 3 prong outlets. It's cheaper for the manufacturers to only make one design and put on a different plastic front. I'd bet if you cracked the plastic you'd find hidden ground contacts.
