could it also from a blep ( leak) or high intracranial pressure that made back pain at a wound?

I have trigger finger but something else is going on with my wrist first hand doctor gave me a steroid injection did nothing they wanted to do round 2 i said no. Did MRI like you said they are not the best so im going to try a ct scan.
