Hi Emma!😊 I think you are thinking of the film "Face/Off" (1997).😉 It is a crazy action film that co-stars John Travolta. I think this film is better than the sequel "National Treasure: Book of Secrets" (2007), but it is still enjoyable. Diane Kruger (Abigail) is a lovely German actress. I hope you are feeling better, Emma!🙏🏻 Chicken broth is very good for a cold. Great reactions to the original National Treasure film, Emma!!!!🎬👏👏👏👏

What you said at the end, I think can apply to pretty much every conspiracy theory. They all require people (often people with political power) to act intelligently and with some sort of selflessness (at least, surrendering personal desires for the good of the group conspiring) and I reckon it’s really hard to find people willing to act that way, especially those with power who want more. No one will ever go broke betting on the selfishness and stupidity of people. I always found Chuck Colson to be an interesting man. One thing he said that always stuck with me is that he became a Christian because he didn’t think 11 men (surviving apostles) could keep up a lie for 40+ years which resulted in their torture and death when the six men most involved in the Watergate scandal couldn’t keep it up for 6 months when the consequence of spoiling the beans meant jail time for everyone.
