No Knead Edamame Cheese Bread|Apron
Flour 360g / 2,1/2cup
Salt 2.5g / 1tsp
Instant yeast 3g / 1tsp
Edamame beans 100g / 3/4cup
Shredded cheddar cheese 150g / 1.5cup
Water 270ml
Bake at 230°C / 440°F for 15-17 minutes

Hi frinds, Edamame is the Japanese name, they are available shelled, in the pod, fresh, or frozen, taste like most beans, soybeans are sweeter and have more umami. If they are not found in your place can be instead of any veg you like. Happy baking

Hi, bread flour i use, they is higher protein than all purpose flour, the protein content of bread flour is about 12-13%, it works well with bread, and can be instead of all purpose flour. Happy baking
