I so *fully* agree. I wish I could put multiple thumbs up to Inspector Quinn's (and even Inspector Carignan's) demeanor. I love his insightful, and yet only sparse and short subtle, interjections. (Like a great bassist in a band, very few would be able to see what value they bring in... - without taking center stage... We have to have the eyes to see that...)

God is so good, I almost got a speeding ticket on a highway that 35 per mile, I didn’t realize I was going like 55 mile speed, I didn’t at the time. I got pulled over, and I knew already I am going to get a ticket, immediately I prayed to God, asking the Lord to take over this situation, because I don’t have an income to pay for this, I was designated driver for my family while traveling. The cop took my license, went to his vehicle, he was taking some time to return, then he finally returned and said, well Ms. Montana it’s your lucky day, the system is down, I can not process this ticket and let me go, with a warning. I was so happy, the Lord really helped me, because I have true faith in him. Thank You Lord!

We need judges like that where I live. Once, I was looking for an address to donate some clothes to a family that had a car fire and I missed a stop sign, which was mostly blocked by tree branches. I still had to pay the fine. No good deed goes unpunished.

No, no, no, not at all. Give this Judge more credit. Judge had several follow up questions and after he learned the reason for the visit and the nature of his council, and that there was some success, THEN he dismissed the case
