Thank you Mark and the St team. I've been watching since mark and silent Mike said that there was no good way to bench solo with the vanilla gorilla and having a lift off was very important to a good bench. Thanks for not staying hard and fast to those old rules. Appreciate all you guys are doing, thanks for making the world a better place to lift!

most Gyms if you don't have long enough arms you are not getting shoulder blades tucked back very much without spotter, yes also they have the lower lift off which is so low you would be a child to get it off rack

Will this help prevent shoulder/elbow pain from lifting the weight out of the cradles? I feel like that movement just tears up the tendons in my arms. It almost feels like growing pains from when I was a kid.

Problem with these of benches you can’t bring it lower down your head in the un rack position =\ and its generally too high for shorter people.
