Tonight three new presenters - Sarah and Angela Brown and Paul Little - join regulars Jenny Powell and Tony Baker to star in Five Go to Newquay. No, not an undiscovered Enid Blyton text, but the world's fastest- moving rock show coming from the south west of the south west. Fifty minutes of powerplays, music videos, British and American charts, interspersed with pasties and pilchards, shark fishing and surf.
But why is Tony eating daffodils and dancing the cancan with Paul Little - surely the rum and raisin fudge can't be that strong?
Does anyone know what the background music is to this clip?
It is not the usual titles music.
It was taken from the BBC2 program "No Limits" broadcast in 1987
Update, when I uploaded the video RU-vid identified the music and reported the details below!
Still a mystery why this track was chosen for the program which was used a few times in the series.
I've been wondering about this track for 27 years now!
