i would call this natural or minimal makeup not 'no makeup' look i've seen no makeup looks that actually look like no makeup chloemorello and lisa eldridge have good ones
I agree that she used quite a lot of makeup for a no makeup look. It is pretty noticeable that she's wearing makeup so theres no point in calling it no makeup look...
makeup tutorials aren't meant to be taken literally and people are supposed to watch them for INSPIRATION and NOT to copy every little detail. if you guys don't like how much makeup she put on in this tutorial and/or how she applied it, you don't have to wear it. its simply what SHE does everyday and if she likes dramatic lashes, all power to her. that doesn't mean you have to like them, too. i think this look is perfect and so are you meg! keep doing you x
People please, when she says "no makeup" makeup she just means a natural looking makeup (ie: no intense contour like most beauty gurus these days, no thick eyeliner or dark smokey eyeshadow, and no red or deep purple lips) She's just doing the most natural look you can use to enhance your natural features... which is basically what makeup should be used for.
Erin Michelle Putting makeup on top of makeup on top of makeup on top of makeup is layering. Very senseless of you to try refuting that. I realize she did not cover her whole face with each product, but I was not going to list percentages. I like Meghan, but I won't blindly support everything she does or says. Talking about letting your natural skin shine through after slathering four products on it is, in my opinion, silly. I do not care about the coverage level or if "that's as natural as it gets for some girls." While my comment was not positive, it was not hateful either. You have no reason to be so irritated. Put on your big girl panties.
This video was awesome! I love how you used a good mixture of drugstore items as well as high-end. Some looks like this tend to be way over the top and defeat the purpose of a no-makeup look haha but you did a really good job! :)
Okay I know people can agree with me on this but when I would watch a beauty guru do a makeup tutorial it would look so natural yet so flawless but if I were to just add a little Concealer, I would look like a cake face. So the only makeup tutorial I could do is nothing

You look absolutely gorgeous! ♥ I know you've been busy this past month with moving in to your new apartment and working on your show with Seventeen, but please start your WeeklyRosette vlogs again when you can! I love those :)
Finally a no make-up make Tutorial that isn't like...pile 100 products on your face. Great video Meghan! p.s. I make videos too, I work really hard on them and would love if you had a look. :)
My everyday make up routine: (ps I'm 12 and don't wear a lot of makeup) Concealer: sometimes depends if I got a pimp Very light eyeshadow. Mascara. Brush dem brows. And lip balm also some blush ;)
Hi Meghan! I asked you a little while ago what product you would recommend for under eye circles and you said Maybelline Age Rewind concealer... I bought some but my dark circles are so bad even that doesn't work for me! Any other recommendations... preferably from the drugstore? Love your videos!
It is very lovely look. I am so happy about your Seventeen gig. I don't know if I will check it out though since I am about 26 years past 17 lol. I do remember Seventeen and Teen when I was in High School.
