What laptop do you use? Like obviously it's not the highest quality but it's running pretty damn well. I game VR off a Zephrus g14 from 2020 and it runs like a charm, never have any issues and it's convenient as hell for school. #gaminglaptopsarenttrashanymore

What mods are you using to improve NMS VR? GUIs for equipment and health bars seem to just randomly float about where ever they want, and using/talking/opening anything just teleports you back and forth when you try to.

I'm currently using a laptop. I got it earlier this year to use for work... and it's crushing me emotionally because it's more powerful than my PC. I mean, both are specced for gaming, but when a pc from 2014, which you have upgraded to the motherboard's limits out of love, gets outperformed by a laptop. It's not great.

I feel like I'm the only person who dislikes NMS now. I didn't get hyped before it's release, didn't buy it at launch, but wasn't against it. I mostly just brushed over it, not giving much mind. Then it released, there was that whole shitstorm, but I still mostly ignored it. After three or so years and a few updates everyone started saying it was so much better, and since it was on sale I decided to give it a try. I thought the story was unengaging, the menus were clunky, full of poorly explained systems and mechanics, annoyingly little inventory space, and shallow exploration. This was still after a few major updates when everyone started saying that it was good. I feel the updates have added new mechanics and features, but I suppose I just disliked the core game design in general, which hasn't actually changed.
