That clutch control technique you mentioned works awesome on a 690 and probably bigger bikes too for hill climbs. The slipper clutch on the 690 is it’s secret weapon and if you fan it and focus your attention on clutch control for power delivery to the rear wheel. It allows you to find traction, and really keep the rear shock and rear tyre compressed and the front end light. I’ve been able to take my 690 places where people have said I won’t get through, and I’m not the best rider either. I’ve just gone back to a 350 and trying to adjust back to the smaller bike.

Did you get a check engine light with the o2 delete. I’m getting a fault for the O2 the plug I got from taco Moto was empty just a dust cover where the purge valve dongle has a resistor.

Nice vid. Can I ask what year model it is ? 2021 ? they went very high compression in 2020+. so the older ones prob have less flameout issues ?

Do you have a video showing how you installed the blinkers, lights and controls?

Here is a video for modifying the rear Fender and adding low profile blinkers. You could use the stock blinkers as well. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sK7khQ6Jfjk.html

I just got my GET ECU in the mail. I should have it installed tomorrow. I’m really looking forward to the bump in power. I really haven’t had my bike flame out, but I do feather the clutch. One more question for you, what graphics kit is on your bike? It looks sharp. Thanks!

Awesome! GET ECU is the best system in my opinion. That will be a great setup! Mine didn't start to flameout until I dumped the bike and was upside down on a hill for a bit until I got everything sorted. ;) Feathering the clutch helped a ton for sure! I got my graphics from this place, very good quality. I was enable to install them and it was the first set that I ever did. www.rivalinkdesignco.com/?gclid=CjwKCAiAhqCdBhB0EiwAH8M_GiSr_GSlQYLfAHrVeiUoQ0aqoKWHHIN-j6NrG7zCHWfgTNHQD8D4-BoCA7QQAvD_BwE Here is the exact kit that I installed from them, but they have many others: www.rivalinkdesignco.com/product/husqvarna-2019-aus-enduro-team-replica-kit/ Thanks for your kind words and for watching!

Your explanation about the overflow tube makes perfect sense. It sounds like it was intermittently vapor locking due to the fuel. Thanks for the vid. I’m looking to perhaps buy this model when the 24’s come out, or get a Beta 390. My hesitation with the KTM / Husky was its reputation for flame outs. Question, with your mods does it do ok in the rocks/slow going tech stuff? How does it handle: stability, turning, weight feel? Thank you 👍
