I love how Skelter helter did exactly what he said he'd do and pass on the obsession of revenge to travis I love how Nathan copeland and Chloe walsh show the side of people who idolised travis throughout his 1st games travels I love how bosses like letz shake and destroyman literally come back because they feel like they were robbed a match just to go out worse than before I love the fact travis's anime playing in the background manifested nightmares for henry and took form while he was coma bound to make him stay. This game gets better and better the more i think about and rewatch it

I love the intro with Ryuji. You’ve got him who’s represented as a Dragon, then you got Travis who’s represented as a Tiger. Not exactly subtle, but the context alone makes words meaningless and they just go straight to business

Anyone notice how Sylvia starts to mellow out towards the end? She wasn't in his face with the UAA rules as much as before, like with the Vladimir fight she actually left him alone after Travis told her to chill out, and she was dead quiet after the Alice fight until he started going off on her, maybe she was trying to change but wasn't sure how to go about it

He deserved a cleaner death than being _blasted to pieces._ Let his face remain intact, at least, so that people could know the visage of an honorable bladesman… A clean decapitation, maybe a bisection evocative of seppuku, that's what Ryuji deserved as his death.

Imagine swapping Jasper for say...Skelter Helter as the final boss. It would be 1000 times more interesting cause 1, we knew more about Helter Skelter over the however many Pizza Batt assassination missions we took in the first game. And 2, no shitty Jasper fight. Hell, Jasper could still be in the game running the UAA to try to kill Travis (an inverse of the UAA's original reason for creation which was so Travis could kill Jeane). Skelter Helter is the #1 ranked assassin in the UAA (another inverse from his brother who is the first assassin we see travis kill) and is Jasper's main weapon against Travis. For the final boss you could fight him on top of the No More Heroes building where Travis returned to after refusing to continue his vengeance plot, Helter Skelter then breaks down Travis's door saying "we have Sylvia and gunpoint, fight me on top of the building or she gets it" or something to that effect. You then fight and kill Skelter Helter, only to look down at the parking lot and see hundreds of armed guards with Jasper at the back with Sylvia, Jasper then says something about making Travis's life miserable and goes to shoot Sylvia only to be killed by Henry. He, Travis and Shinobu (who arrived with Henry) then go and wipe out the armed guards, thus ending the threat of Jasper. BOOM WROTE A BETTER ENDING!
