Pigeon-toedness used to be associated with natural sprinters, and there's some research that suggests it still plays a roll with many athletes today. (Long story short, less contact with the ground, instep only, and a sharper "spring" effect. Downside is more injury prone)

After like the third assassin and beyond, if you return to Travis' apartment after leaving, you get a fax saying someone is trying to challenge you for your rank, which unlocks her fight.
