It is a loss . I am in UK and here they have only the Smirnoff shit . Coming from the East and knowing the Krepkaya and other real russian vodkas.....it's a shame . But ...it's a war . so...
When you said "I'm glad no one was hurt" that was enough to gain my respect. A man with morals. Sadly a lot of people have completely lost the concept of Sanctity of life. I don't even mean that religiously, simply as a human being you care
Yes, but also, imagine what will happen to the Russian military when all the alcoholics in their ranks are sick and dying in the trenches from which the hide. The affect on the Russian military will be immense.
4.3% or thereabouts, in the UK for a mortgage. Keep it up Ivan, you communicate so much more than you say, if you see what I mean. Always loved Russia, despite your consistently dreadful rulers. May God bless you and keep you safe.
12k North Koreans are at max a 2 week supply at the current casualty rate. But South Korea, one of the biggest arms manufacturers, might start supplying hardware to Ukraine. Another great move by master strategist Putler...
"A Bruce Lee movie!"😂 Spit out my coffee on that one Ivan!😂 Another interesting video. I just loved when Ponchek joined in...washed up a little bit and then played down there beside you. That is too cute! Enjoyed watching as I always do! Please tell Evelina Hello from all of us here!( Me, my family & friend's.)❤❤❤
Monty Python made fun of “Furries” 50 years ago: Story of men dressing like mice and at midnight get their tails cut-off by a Farmer’s Wife. Wonder if “Three Blind Mice” is taught in other countries?
@rogerhare. No Monty Python wasn't "making fun of furries". They were putting on a silly skit not trashing people, there's a big difference. You are attempting to normalize a way of thinking that all people need to be the same or that something is wrong which is not at all what Monty Python was about. Monty Python actually mocked things like the ideas of mainstream religion not so much individual people. I don't think any of the Python cast or writers were haters of individual rights, quite the opposite. Here's a repost of my earlier comment because it seems appropriate here as well: @Wilhelm. Never heard the word quadrobe before. Googling it all I get is some music stuff and wardrobes. I suppose it is a word that somebody is trying to connect to furries or people who think they are part some sort of animal rather than fully human. Honestly I don't give a damn if you think you are a cat person or whatever... as long as you respect other people and act like a decent animal-person. Plenty of supposedly "normal" people don't respect others and really aren't decent people so I'm not going to call out people for simply being kind of oddball. Calling out and criticizing cat people or people who are trans or other small population groups is generally right wing idiots pushing hate. These idiots like to pick on people that the average person thinks are unusual and don't understand because they are easier targets than most and it is easier to get people upset about them. Basically this stuff is used to try to train people to hate because it's easier to mock, dislike, and even hate people who are different. I call it hate speech light, it's a way to get people involved in hate without touching on more obvious hate issues like race or religion which is usually the next step in the process. Other easy targets for this which may seem innocuous but kind of aren't are trashing "boomers" "hipsters" and throwing around the term DEI to berate women and minorities in a "slightly" less obvious way. It's all about making hate just a little bit more palatable to people
Actually 3,48% for 10 years with 20% additional possibility of repayment’s per year! Many greetings from Bavaria (Germany) and many thanks for your videos-I appreciate and enjoy them very much! Please keep on doing so! 😊😊😊
5.99. Bought this summer. The problem we really have in the US is prices relative to wages. Since 1980, housing affordability has fallen significantly in relation to wages. Even if you have help with a down payment, it's still hard for people to buy now from a monthly cost perspective. BTW, someone should tell Russian TV that skinny jeans are now falling out of favor in the West.
In the USA mortgage rates are fixed for the term of the loan for most loans. The monthly payment (principal and interest) are fixed for 30 years. In many parts of the world the interest rate and payment adjusts periodically.
As a westerner (German), I had to look this stuff up.. I googled, this is what I got: "Viral trend of teenagers dressing as furry animals in Russia blamed on West The teenage ‘quadrobe’ trend has gained widespread attention in Russia this year ", -- The Independent Never have I heard of 'quadrobe'ing before. Russia has some weird trend, somehow the west is at fault, meanwhile in the west we haven't even heard about the trend yet. This is comical.🤣 Also what you said, just because someone is acting weird, doesn't mean I have to ban them doing it..
I also just found out what 'quadrobe' is. Truly, what a shame! We live in the rotten West, we have access to everything, and yet there is such ignorance. We need to learn about the latest Western trends from russia.

Wife and I paid off our mortgage in 2018. I recall our rate was in the 2.75% area, too, back then. According to the Wall Street Journal, as of Oct. 22, "The current median interest rate is 6.75% for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage and 5.88% for a 15-year fixed-rate mortgage."
I paid mine off quick. The best way to work on that mortgage is to get an amortization schedule. Then look at paying down that principle as much extra every month as you can. Think about it. That schedule is a bit of fun: in the beginning you can easily pay a double amount. Gets you to a 15-year pace. I went at a 7 year pace.
Ivan. I am in the US. We got our 30 year mortgage in 2019. The rate is 4.25%. A 15 year mortgages would have been about 2.75%. Rates now are about 6.5% and 5%
Thanks Ivan. As always, my favourite part is your translations. I can’t tell you how much it seems to capture the moment better than any AI app ever will❤
You just earned a new subscriber. I wish I could post your videos as comments on other videos, so all the Putin fans in the West get a glimpse at the real Russia.
Awesome Ivan, go on with your daily vids 👍. We got up to date unsencored information and topics of inside Russia in a interested way that other bloggers doesn’t do. Fresh news every single day. Inflation is high and rising but how does it effect on food price and other stuff that regular people needs every day. And what about car service and spear parts? Is life going as usual in Moscow and Petersburg or do sanctions starting to effect somehow other than that oligarks keeps on falling from windows? Would you like to give your point of you on these issues and what’s happening right now when the value of ruble is sinking and meanwhile interest rate is sky rocketing.
Great video Ivan keep it up. I was wondering if you could have a type of round-table discussion about Russian issues. That is, invite a quest, like Niki Proshin, and you two could talk about Russian issues bouncing off each other opinions or ideas. That would be fun.
Great reporting and commentary, Ivan. Love how you bring Russian reality to us all, especially us Americans. Always great to see another member of the family put in an appearance😻Those guys are lucky to have you and Evalina. Hope you all are well.
No Booze, no furries, no skinny jeans, no Russians in uniform...... Dang. Ivan. They are just taking away all the fun. Keep it up Ivan. I can see you on Kimel. Come on everyone... let's get Ivan on Kimel full time.
I was having a bad day, but your absolutely hilarious commentary has made it better! (Side note: skinny went out of style a decade ago. Side side note: nobody looks good in skinny jeans. Any gay or straight or bi or non-conformist or Harley rider could tell you this.)
That ploy is already blown... Jake Broe lived in South Korea for some years and he speaks and reads KOREAN, the language is the same. In an equipment distribution center he translated some of the conversations taking place.
Excellent and incredible analysis. You Ivan are beyond special !! Your are extra special. you are Brilliant like a super Nova in the sky... I love to tell people about your supper RU-vid channel...Thank You Ivan you are great..
I live in California and my mortgage was 2.75% for 10 year fixed rate. This was in 2021 shortly before the house was paid off. Originally financed in 1999 with two mortgages - 9.00% 30 year fixed on 10% of the house and 5.25% 5 year ARM on the remainder. Currently, 30 year fixed rate is about 7% in the US.
They basically want to take away most freedoms. Except the guns of course. But they will get the wrong one in the white, and that could be the one to take away those rights too. Guess we shall see.
What? Seeing the Conservatives in Canada fight for us to continue our use of gasoline, it would seem to me the opposite is true. It's the left and Democrats that are trying to legislate restricted mobility, at least here in Canada they are pushing to stop the production of gasoline powered cars by 2050 or whatever year it is. The idea of 15 minute cities was skirting around in the city of Edmonton too, which again, is run by Liberals and 15 minute cities restrict mobility! This comment makes no sense. It seems to me Republicans are pushing for MORE mobility, not less! What am I missing here? May I remind you the Liberals in Canada prevented the unvaccinated from leaving the country, the only other country other than NORTH KOREA to do such a thing!!!!
Do you mean the restriction on women to travel to abort their kids? Abortion is pure murder, the baby is torn apart piece by piece, I'm amazed anyone wants the right to murder a child in such a way. Why don't you look up a documentary called The Silent Scream, then tell me you are still OK with Abortion.
"At the turn of September and October 2024, Euribor (Euro interbank offered rate), rates were around 2.75-3.35%. When the mortgage margin is added to this, quite a few Finns currently have a mortgage interest rate of around 3.20-4.00 per cent, However, based on Euribor forecasts, interest rates are expected to fall, so housing loan rates may drop to 3.00-3.50% during the rest of 2024."
Here in Sweden, just 2 years ago you could borrow money almost to zero percent interest. Now things have dramatically changed and I believe that the average interest rate is about 2,7 %, thus ten times cheaper than in Russia. Interesting isn't it????
