Thanks for taking the time and your hard work to clean up another yard in your city. My hope is that once the hard work is done and yard cleaned up that a neighbor can keep the yard mowed and trimmed using their equipment.

It's such a cute brick home with a 2 car garage, nice double concrete driveway, such a shame it's abandoned! Anyway, great job cleaning up the property grounds and making it nice for the neighbors and community!

Mr. Chris, you did such a remarkable job on this very neglected property. It is very sad that no one has seen the owner, that is probably not a good indication. You made the property looks so much better. Wouldn't it be wonderful if someone would take interest in the property and moved in? It was someone's cherished home once, maybe again. This brick house is beautiful, it's a shame that it's abandoned. I hope that the homeowner(s) will put that beautiful home up for sale if they don't want to live there anymore. It's a shame that this beautiful home is just sitting there deteriorating when someone else could be living in that beautiful home. It makes me wonder if anyone had called in a wellness check on the property owner(s) after they went missing. Thank you for cleaning up the yard, it looks amazing!

I love how manicured your transformations are and I would also love to see you trim/cut back the bushes/hedges that are WAY too overgrown. The one in front blocks part of the driveway and the ones in back block the house. All of them should be chopped down to 2-3 ft which would look rough for awhile but will come back and look cleaner longer. If you do get back there maybe that could be something to focus on. Just a thought or two
