PEOPLE were FORCED to NOT use this SIDEWALK because of BIG TREE BRANCH BLOCKING it
After seeing big tree blocking the side walk and the road I just had to knock and see if I could offer to help them out. After knocking and no one answered I went next door and knock. From what she said that the owner ended up loosing this house and it now belongs to the bank. I took care of the lawn and removed the big tree blocking the side walk for FREE.

took care of two of my neighbours houses for months after they where left to over grow. I won’t go into the reason but they both remained vacant for a while. I know there are millions of neighbours out there who do the same thing just to keep the riff raff out of the worlds hoods. Tidy goes a long way.

You do such a good job of noting places that need help. What a good find. Thank you for all the bits you did, removing seedling trees, taking out long-dead bushes, raising very low hanging branches over the sidewalk, picking up trash, etc. At 24:20, you can look down the sidewalk and the home is now fitting-in with the neighborhood again. You made a HUGE improvement.

Time to sharpen your mower blades. Enough course weedy grass is being pulled, verses clean cut. Arid environment in your area. Neighborhood seems extremely calm and tranquil. That so sad when someone can't make the payment on a home they worked so hard to get. What's worse is nobody's paying attention to it. Except for the criminal element. It would be nice if the financial firms would check up on these properties every 3 months or so and take responsibility for safety.
