No one Shows this Area of Dar Es Salaam City Centre. 

Dar ni mji mzuri kuishi, kufanyia kazi na biashara.

Berin, nothing needs to be done. Not every part of the city has to be alive with a lot of activity. I enjoyed the quiet stroll yopu took through this part of the city centre...

Far, far cleaner n well-planned than Nairobi. Even the people are very friendly. GOD BLESS TANZANIA AND HER PEOPLE.

Those areas are always quite even before the shift of the government to Dodoma because are the exclusive areas and highly monitored as they are around the statehouse,vice president office and prime minister office, if you want to see people just go to posta mpya,kisutu samora etc,by the way most of the service at posta are indoor not outdoor like kariakoo.

That area of the city center is very close to the state house and so, quietness like it is now is very crucial. Only things to add would be things like museums, gardens, libraries and Fancy restaurants and hotels.

The highway of Dar es Salam city large and quiet

I think it’s better for Dar Es Salaam to remain as it is right now, Quiet, Peaceful, Clean, Organised, Beautiful, etc. Now we can walk along the streets safe, peaceful and stress free, because those busy people with their cars used to be parked on the pedestrian walk ways and pavements have gone away to the new capital city for good, and gave us a space to breathe fresh air again, just like long time ago when Dar used to be called “MZIZIMA” We love it this way, it’s much better! Now we have gained our city’s freedom and independence 🤩💃🏽🕺🏽🤸🏿🤸🏽‍♀️ They’ve got to leave it alone as it stands 😂! It’s such a blessing 😍🇹🇿❤️🙏🏾

It looks great. Nothing needs to be done. Maybe a few restaurants. High-end condos and townhouses . Doesn't have to be lively everywhere !!!!

Actually the city isn't green at all, this is one of the last remaining areas, there are no gardens except Botanical garden which is rundown, and Masaki has some greenery but its reserved for the elite and the diplomats, our goverment really needs to invest in making the city green even in areas where general public can enjoy it. Go to Nairobi if you want to see what greenery is like!
