The city has indeed changed a lot, very good roads, clean, many new high rise buildings, well organized, a nice public transport system etc. I was there 20 years ago, I have to visit the city next year 2024.

DAR ES SALAAM has been voted to have best transport system in AFRICA three years consecutive DAR rapid transport is on another level, ALSO is better than NAIROBI and interms of Cleanliness, affordability, mobility, order, cozy, relaxation, security, safety and space, is better , NAIROBI is smaller than DAR but NAIROBI is CONGESTED all its development and development is edge DAR ES SALAAM , ost of people speak or are fluently in English while Dar , not everyone speak Eglish, but good place to learn your Swahili, NAIROBI is cold, While DAR has Humidity, I like Cold, that’s why when im in Tanzania I prefer ARUSHA, if you like the MIAMI heat Dar for you, if you want New York chill , cold weather Nairobi is for you, so its depend what you looking for , ITS COME DOWN TO PREFERENCE
