Today's recipe is for chocolate bread that can be made without using an oven.

200 g strong flour
20 g sugar
3 g salt
3g dry yeast
1 egg + 135 g milk
25g unsalted butter
10 g sweet chocolate x 10

▷How to make:
1. Mix together strong flour, sugar, salt, and instant dry yeast.
2. Weigh 135g of milk for 1 egg, add to ① and mix.
Knead until the surface is smooth. Add unsalted butter that has been brought to room temperature and knead until the butter is incorporated.
4. Roll out the surface neatly and ferment at room temperature for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
5. Take out the dough, degas it, and divide it into 10 equal portions. Re-roll and let rest for 10 minutes.
6. Roll out the dough flat and cover with 10 g of chocolate. Cover with plastic wrap and let ferment for 40 to 50 minutes.
