I made tiramisu with mascarpone cheese and green tea.
It is ready to eat as soon as it is made because it does not require an oven.
Instead of biscotti savoiardi (finger biscuit), I used store-bought pastry for a quick and easy recipe.
Palmiers are crispy, so they add a nice textural accent.
If you use cookies instead of pies, they will be moist.
▷Ingredients(13×13cm):
■Matcha sauce
25g sweet condensed milk
5g matcha
50g milk
100g Palmiers or cookies
■Tiramisu cream
200ml heavy cream
40g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g mascarpone cheese

▷How to make:
1. make the matcha sauce. Mix matcha into sweetened condensed milk and add milk a little at a time to dissolve and spread.
2. Make the tiramisu cream. Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the cream, and beat loosely while chilling in ice water. Add mascarpone cheese and mix.
3. Place the Palmiers in a container of your choice and pour half of the matcha sauce over the pie. Fill with half of the tiramisu cream and flatten. Sprinkle matcha over the top.
