When they moved the PR rules required Canadian education plus Canadian work experience gained on post grad work permit. Hence why they are protesting. Even in India you need 14 years of residence including residence on a study visa before settling in India as a foreigner. Imagine when you are nearing that 14 year residence requirement and suddenly India changes the rules and says 20 years of residence. I would say that is quite unfair even as an Indian.
Please sir guide me my son is doing 1+1 first year is completed in 12 September 2024 & he is started second year process now if they didn't give three year work permit after doing second year study then what he doing.
First canada did mass immigration , now they are playing with our futures by announcing new update everyday for students. Where they were when tourist were taking LMIA on vast level along with what about people who don’t even know “E” of English language and they got their PR. First they attract quantity no matter they have any skill or they don’t even know english. Now what about genuine students who really deserve PR.
Completely agree , I met a lady from Mexico who didn’t even speak English well , moreover , she was not willing to adapt to the Canadian culture , however she was a pr holder
Traded might be in demand today. What happens if rules change again and you dont get PR. Youll do carpentry in India - is that a well paid profession in india?
