So I wonder in the "transaction history" if it shows where the bank actually put funds up to back the transaction. The banks lawyer just called it a loan. So the transaction history should show where the bank either produced a check to pay for the house or to show where the funds were deposited into the borrower account. If it doesn't then exactly what is the bank bringing forth that they are damaged ? In order for the bank to say that the promissory note isn't being filled by the borrowers payment then where is the proof that actual money was loaned to the borrower either in a copy of a check given to the realtor or private owner who were the owners prior to this borrower buying the house. Other wise there wasn't a loan of any sort that took place. Banks can not loan money with funds from other customers deposits. Banks legally can not loan money. Because there isn't any money. USA is bankrupt.

The problem with this case is that the living man or Wo-man did not represent themselves instead they hired a actor thus you cannot Object to the fact a Corporation dead Entity cannot decree any law! Number 2 is there is that they didn't file a land Patent after they signed the promissory note showing absolute real ownership of any real property. Number 3 promissory notes is legal tender and may not be made payable payments until real money is back in circulation. You cant pay debt with debts notes aka Fiat Dollars.

Yep. Completely agree… But using an attorney can cause concurrent equity and can be a hinderance. In chambers they’ll be able to “see” the private trust but in a public courtroom that cannot happen.
