Hi guys! Today I have a recipe for ya: high protein pancakes that are low sugar and filling. :) perfect way to start the day. The recipe is...
Pancakes:
1/2 cup sprouted oats
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 whole egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt and cinnamon to taste
-blend together to create pancake batter
Yogurt for layering between:
1 serving nonfat greek yogurt
stevia to taste (or other sweetener)
cinnamon to taste
Blueberry "compote" for top:
1 cup frozen blueberries
stevia to taste (or maple syrup)
This recipe has 31 grams of protein and around 500 calories to start your day off right!
