No Start, No Crank Electric Start Toro Personal Pace 22" Self Propel 

Thanks for taking the time to make this video. I was looking at a mower like this on marketplace, and wanted to see how all the electric start stuff works. Can tell that big ole cat loves you.

I picked up a Toro like that recently and it would not charge much. I replaced the fuse, but it could be the fuse holder. Sometimes adding washers to the starter to separate it more from the case helps the electric start. Thanks for the tips
