Right after she resigned crying, reporters were talking major shit about her in a very sarcastic way. Reminds me of an episode of Veep where they go to England and at some point one of them says to an English reporter, wow, and we thought we were brutal.
I actually feel sorry for her. Although it is obvious that she doesn't have what it takes for the task at hand, it is believable that she was genuine in her service to the country. Now, we have a self-serving bastard leading us into deeper shit. May wasn't so bad after all, as remaining in the custom union is a good idea.

Tbh folks I actually miss May as PM... she’s 5 billion % better than Boris and let’s face it... she was the PM stabbed in the back for Boris’s rise to power

This almost makes me feel sad for her, but then I go back and watch the video of Owen Jones listing the things she didn’t cry about, and I come back to my senses.
May looks more 'strong and stable' with every day we continue with Liz Truss. Makes me want to have her back and I'm a Lib Dem supporter! This was truly the moment that the Tories lost their soul forever
Not sure how anyone thinks matters will magically improve just by changing her for somebody else (and no, I don't like her for many reasons, but what will changing her achieve?)
@@IAmPez I'd say it aged pretty well, Boris has been an unmitigated disaster to the point that he's reneging on his own "oven-ready" Brexit deal, and still not close to securing a proper deal when we have little more than a month until the end of the transition period. A part of me wishes that May had stayed and succeeded in getting her deal passed by the UK Parliament, considering the prospect of leaving with no deal within a month. I don't know how well or how badly May would've handled the coronavirus crisis, but doing it better than Boris wouldn't have been that hard.
