No title, no sale!!! 

Depending on what part of the country you are in, getting a title can be very easy or extremely difficult. I have purchased many cars, trucks and motorcycles without titles, get great deals (because it can be a risk) but have never failed to obtain legal paperwork for any of them. I go to Vegas, never put a penny in the slots or on the table but I guess this is my form of gambling.

you could put a ton of money into it and have someone WITH the title show up and you have to give it up. they can say it was stolen. you lose.
