I did my interview since April 2018 and haven’t heard from them went to the senator 4 time and they kept saying back ground check, paid a lawyer to send them a letter it’s been 45 days no answer from them what should I do?

Hello Brad, Me and my wife had I-485 Interview on Feb 2019. The interview went well, we're told that we would be given a notice within 120 days. When it hit the 120 days window, we got an RFE. We were a little bit surprised since it's asking the same thing of the first RFE back in June 2017. We replied to the RFE on July 31st 2019. There's no update or whatsoever since. Thus, we made a case inquiry on Oct 30th 219. A week later, we got the SR response "Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay." Feel like our case was put in the rabbit hole of stuck. And do you have any suggestion of this? Thank you very much!

Hello Brad, I have a question? I had my interview on july 30th and they approved my case. I am EB 4 based on special inmigrant and mi priority date is May 23 2016 and they are doing 01jul16 how long for my gc? Please answer thank you❤🙏🏽

Hello ,I just had my citizenship interview last Tuesday and was told that I might have to go back or wait for a decision even when I passed the test,I have never committed any crime but I was a political prisoner in Cuba information that was disclosed in my refugee interviews in Cuba,but I was told by the IO that I didn’t disclose that information in the permanent resident application I told him that the lawyer who filled those papers didn’t asked about that,should I call a lawyer ? How serious is this because is not like I’m hiding anything,I even told them about that in the application for citizenships

Ho Brad. I have a quick question. I had my citizenship interview on oct 22. I was told at the end of interview by io that supervisor has to review my case. I passed test and everything was smooth. I havent had any updates since then.my online case status stack on scheduled interview. What should i do??

Hi Brad, I had my interview done on July 22nd 2019 with no decision was made on my case, I called them and they submitted a service request and asked me to wait for a 25 days to get response, I called again after a month and they had to submit another service request, I went to a federal court already and asked to see a judge but been told that i cant see a judge unless i sue the USCIS and have a case already, my question is, how can i see a judge without suing the government?

Hi brad, i did my interview in new york 2019 it is now 2022 no decision made. I was a bit screwed over bcus of who had my case before. I am with your law firm. I dont get much feedback the paralegal told me she wrote the ombudsman a couple months ago and contacted uscis.no response..i had a work permit. file an extention..they gave me a letter said i can use it for four more months then im here waiting on another work permit 12 months after like im waiting on a brand new one. The immigration officer took my i94 said it will take some time, if they need more evidence they would say..I did two interviews.. one with my husband and one on my own cus of the person who had my case before they made me write a statement. Im here trying to figure out how do i work? do i file a I-102? are they delaying to find something wrong...can you reach out to me. My attorney is Ms. lagu....who should i call and speak to at what time?

Hello Brad, I went for adjustment interview, and asked to pay dv visa application fee which I did but I did not receive any information or receipt from the Department of State, I keep emailing them and no response. I check my case online it’s stack at one place. It’s been a month 2 weeks after the interview and payment of the money? What should I do?

I had mi interview based on AOS, the interview went pretty well but the officer did not approved at the spot, she wrote on my wife passport I-485 pending, and on uscis online says " interview completed, case must be reviewed" can someone share their experience.

I am 24 years old and a derivative of f4 family petition. Our priority date is current. The nvc sent us appointment letter for interview and my name is still included. I proceed to medical exam and will attend the interview. Will i will also be given visa? We have completed all requirements eg medical, iv fees and documents. Thank you very much!

Hello Brad we went to interview with my wife october 14 2020 interview was good offiser told us medical exam expired you have to send new one we said we will send then interview over offiser gave us letter she said in 120 days we will send to you document but now 230 days we are still waiting we did not get anything what we can do ?
