if i had a polish company you would b my #1 pick 2 send stuff to bcuz ur honest & nice & very appreciative & when/if u have negative comments your not rude/disrespectful about it. i LOVE ur no water marbling!! I really gotta start practicing lol everytime i do i use a dotting tool to swirl instead of a brush & it doesnt end up as good as urs lol im def. switching to a brush now!

I wondered if u have e r used the NYC top coat just as a top coat (without mixing it) And if so if u experienced cracking and creasing.... I bought two bottles but every time I use it about 24 hrs later it destroys my nail art.... I was wondering if this was just me. And wanted to know ur favorite fast dry top coat that doesn't require a lamp of any kind? Lol thanks so much. Ur work is amaze balls. :)

I use I dotting tool or orange stick when blending colours but it can leave grooves in the varnish, your way it much better .thanks :-)

I work predominantly with gel polish how do I do this with that medium? I love this technique but I don't think it will work for the gels.. Suggestions??

What is your opinion on the physician formula polishes? I thought about purchasing a set but noone really talks about them.

i like them. this tutorial is a year old. i ended up adding them into other polishes to create colors. i didnt like the short bottles, the clicking together didnt fit well in my racks and although the polish was very good and if you find the perfect color, great...but i like wet and wild and NYC more in the drugstore brands :D

Hi Robin! Question... How come when I try to drag marble it either doesn't really pull the paint with my tiny brush or with my bigger brush it pulls it all the way off? What type of brush do you use for the drag marble? Would it be better to use a stick or maybe a Bobby pin?

Lisa Blankenship it is tension. natural hair works better and practice on paler with different thicknesses of polish and once you feel the correct tension, it happens easily! dont give up..this is a technique like riding a bike and once youbget it down, its limitless!! xxoo

Robin, Please Please help ... i am trying to do this affect with absolutely no luck. what the heck am i doing wrong? i cut my brush, i tried more paint, i tried a different brush, over and over, it is not swirling, it is cutting into the polish down to the nail leaving hideous lines. please tell me what brushes i need it has to be that. Please help, very frustrated!

Rosemary baker this is a 'technique'.....so...my best advice...step by step....1. pick polishes that are thin and have them unscrewed and ready to go....your basecoat is going to go on then the second coat is going to be THICK...really saturate the nail...then, QUICKLY add the dots...have your brush clean and ready......THEN........swirl...do not overswirl...just a few swirlies at first...just use your background and ONE color to practice...practice your speed on paper...practice your dotts on paper...practice by making swatches of basecoat..let them dry and then thick coat, drops of one color, swirl, then.......the most important part....pull off the excess......search ROBIN MOSES NAIL ART NO WATER NEEDED and watch every water marble without water tutorial i have and see if one might teach you better and then.........i wish you luck and love and i know you will get it and when you do.....you wont ever forget it..it gets easier and easier. :D

Loriann Graham I do not use one but you can use one and then make your second coat thick and Luscious before you drift the paint on to spoil it! I hope this helps you
