Well you were definitely correct, that was some beautiful weather and awesome scenery. I enjoyed riding along.Looked like some nice cars too. Oh Huw, I quite literally feel your pain; I lifted the lawn mower onto my bench to change the coil on Saturday, guess how i felt strolling into church on Sunday. I'm a lot better now but still a bit delicate. I really ought to stop gadding about like a youth of fifty. Good to see you having such fun running the roads. Thanks mark, What is about our brains that makes us feel we can still do the same things as we did years ago and not expect any consequences.. Glad you are feeling a bit better. I'm still waiting to hear from the results of my x-ray. The road trip was amazing. The group is basically the same as last year's trip and when we do South to North so we are friends and always have a great time. Age of the group spans from Twenties to Seventies. So sorry your back is acting up again! Hopefully the doctors can properly diagnose your problem and give you the fix. I’ve dealt with back issues myself for decades and know how debilitating they can be. Praying for your full recovery Huw! Take care brother, Stuart

Thank you Phil, I know you live in a beautiful part of the world but I am biased regarding Wales. LOL. I found out this afternoon that its degeneration of the bones in my hips so it's not something that can be reversed. I'm talking to a Physio on Friday so hopefully he can advise on something that can alleviate the problem. I'll also be talking to my acupuncturist as now I know he also may be able to help. 🤞🤞🤞🤞 Take care my friend. Cheers, Huw
