Noah - David And The Giants 

Dedicated this to my six and a half year old grandson, (named Noah) who was born with hypo plastic left heart syndrome. Had his first open heart surgery at three days old! Second one at six months old! Third one at three years old! By the grace of God he is thriving!!!!! Truly a miracle child! I have learned to lean on you Lord! I come listen to this song often!

I also remember first seeing them and hearing them in concert... back in '78 or '79!!... this song always left such a impact on me too!!... still gives me the goosebumps!! Thanks for sharing this!!

My ultimate experience would be to be standing between two awesomely loud speakers and hear thunder, lightning and rain pounding out of them. Even when there are storms, I go outside so I can see the lightning and hear the thunder better. It is so primal...call me crazy!

So many memories accompany this song…they came to my home church and I fell in LOVE

I was very young when they proformed this song at our church. Deeper Life Church in Laurel, MS. The had smoke machines and it was very intense. I've been to Clayburns church in Laurel a few times recently. He is a such a compassionate person. His church has helped my mom a couple of times. She has terminal cancer and is lucky to know such wonderful people.

I miss David and the Giants sooo much. It was good to hear this again. Thanks much!

Classic Hit...Clear message...not watered down.

I had the chance of seeing them several times and no matter how many times they did this song, my skin would crawl and I would feel this power like I cannot explain. They definately have a way of expressing the power of God thru their music. I miss those guys.

I first heard this song in 1991 when my group, Life Lite Band, opened for David and the Giants in Washington, NC. The music, the lights effect, and the message, they all blew me (us) away. I have been blessed to see and meet David Huff and various band members through the years...they are an awesome group of people and dedicated Christians seeking to spread the Gospel to as many people as they can, as far and wide as they can. I met them at my home church in Houston Texas. I received the baptism of the holy ghost while they where there. Of course a live changing event I will always be thankful to them for their ministry's. Our lives are like Noah's then, we must keep working on the Gospel, unlike Noah, who worked on a physical vessel, we work on our spiritual house with Jesus. Another parallel, is that Noah did not know when the flood would come, neither do we know when Christ shall appear, (not return), only the Father. The Second Coming, is determined by specific events, (Matt.23-24) Rev. 4-18), but Jesus' appearance for the church is could happen any second or is an imminent one.

Wonderful! Haven't heard this song since I was a DJ at KJIA radio in Sioux Falls, SD. It was fun to play Wild Blue Yonder (Crystal Lewis lead singer) right afterward. It was a great combo.

Awesome contemporary Gospel band ! They used to play each year at my home church in Knoxville TN in the 70s.
