Before him in sanatan shatsra there is 16 sanskar in it one of them called garbh sastra which means during the period of mother's womb where baby learn about from his mother & near by people . That's why during during pregnancy mother used chant sholka and mantra and when baby become 5-7 months he also chants mantra in the same accent
