Well you see, in Fate there’s this thing called the Holy Grail. While this may not be the original Jesus’ drinking cup it certainly references it. As we all know Jesus Christ is a JoJo character, portrayed in Part 7 (Steel Ball Run) as the Holy Corpse. In conclusion - yes, Fate is in fact a JoJo reference.
