1 teaspoon orange relish.
30 ml milk. 10g honey. 20g butter.
75g flour.
Pour into a 22cm tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 25 minutes.

2:00 Crepe batter preparation:
4 eggs. A pinch of salt. 30g sugar. 2g vanillin.
10 g orange spice.
Add 500 ml milk in portions.
200g flour.
Strain the dough through a sieve.
40g butter.
Cover with stretch film and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Bake on both sides over medium heat.
4:30 Preparation of the cream:
150g white chocolate.
600 g cream cheese or mascarpone.
150 ml cream 33%. 100g powdered sugar.
Add chocolate and mix well.

Grease the cake base with cream.
I used strawberries for the filling.
Repeat after me and you will succeed.
Spread each crepe with cream and top with strawberries.
Let rest in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
