I'm 38. My old man has survived a stent in his heart, leukaemia and is now slowly deteriorating from Parkinson's. His exercise tolerance isn't what it used to be. Its so hard to watch. My best memories of my life are wandering our local golf course, him caddying for me as a junior and taking occasional shots. Cherish these moments Matt! Love from Australia 🙂

As a weekend duffer who USED to be an okay player back in my 20s... I'd be THRILLED to shoot +4 for 9 holes at my age of 52. I'm pleased if I play better than bogey golf. Your dad is still a FINE player and an absolute gentleman. Love this content, keep it up.

Suggestion: If you are going to play "competitive matches" then there needs to be something to play for (besides pride?). If you are not playing for anything then who cares if you win or lose? Put some $$$ on the table and THEN see how you do. Just sayin'. MG

Matt continue with the ribbing. You know your guests and you can act accordingly. Don't listen to them "detractors". But yes be more positive to your game and sometimes, it's a Doris Day game.
