✅ Ingredients:
2 eggplants
2 garlic
Salt
smoked paprika
Italian herbs
Black pepper
olive oil
Bake at 180°C / 360°F for 30 minutes.
1 pepper
1 tomato
80g cheese
Sprig of parsley
1 egg
1 tablespoon mayonnaise or sour cream.
Bake at 180°C / 360°F for another 20 minutes.
