For a stim sensitive person (Tourette Syndrome) who enjoys working out regularly but only likes taking caffeine (coffee or otherwise) a few times a week at most, it's so tough to find good pre workouts without stims. I'm happy you addressed this for folk like me. If I drank coffee in the morning I definitely don't want more stims in the afternoon & most days I don't want any at all.
@@Thebirdemoji Too much stimulants increase the chances of me twitching throughout the day. Usually not by too much but based on other factors that go along with it, it can be significant.
Don’t let yourself become dependent on exogenous enhancements of any kind; train and live your life according to where you want to push it. If you hit your legitimate ceiling and still aren’t satisfied, then take enhancements. Such a slippery slope, embrace the suck and love the journey.
@@justryan5697 Moderate amounts of pre-workout are fine directly yes, not that it’s perfect science but most people I know have had to up their dose not long after starting and depend on it to get through a workout as of now. Indirectly there is the risk of impurities like heavy metals that take a long time, if ever, for your body to excrete, meanwhile their presence increases the chance of compromising various cellular processes leading to diseases like cancer. In the long run I just believe natural and gradual progression is all around the best general philosophy. Moderation and mindfulness can go a long way however, if you are careful about your reliance on it and sourcing there are definitely plenty of worse “supplements.”
@@FieldBoy111 I meant to add something about this to my reply to RG cooper, but same goes for this instance; consuming things that augment your body’s natural homeostasis almost always come with a series of risks. I understand your position, but pushing one’s boundaries in every health optimizing sense possible to expand their natural limitations is still the best option long term.
@@victorupreti6285 goggings is cringe af especially when he cried about using music while training lol. Dont put his words on the gold scale and do what works for you and you like.
If you have never used pre workout before, don’t start. I work in the fitness industry and if you’re already doing fine without it, don’t get yourself addicted
I don’t know how many times after work I’ve been on the fence about going to the gym then bam gorilla mode energy kicks in and I’m getting the best workout of my life in.

Noel's ads are probably some of the only ones in the world that have ever convinced me to purchase the products he's selling, they're just too damn funny
Yes i have a caffeine addiction but i was already getting it from other sources before working out. So just realize that you will need to increase your water intake and be prepared to un-addict yourself when you decide to stop. Oh and also be prepared for digestion dumping/constipation since caffeine acts as a laxative and dehydrates you at the same time. Stay hydrated.
Today is my second day using it as I’m getting back into being serious about my health, iykyk. I’ve never used it before but it has been a huge benefit in getting back into being fit but I am hoping to not depend on it entirely
First time I took anything with nitric oxide I had to ride the bike for over an hour cause let’s just say it dilated and increased blood flow in a way that would have had me banned from the gym.
I had never ingested large amounts of caffeine before, but one time before a workout I drank an organic tea thing with a lot of caffeine. I felt like I was haven’t a panic attack!!
Only use this when you are feeling tired or not really ready to start your workout because using every workout that amount of caffeine will put you in a big trouble in the future. Use instead intra workout with EAA that don’t have caffeine just electrolytes and EAA Essential Amino Acids that will help you to recover between your sets and will make you able to train harder. ;)
Yes yes definitely work up slowly, the first time I took pre workout I said yolo and I took a whole scoop and I thought I was dying afterwards. I couldn’t finish my workout…
First time I took pre, I felt good and I wasn't tired or out of breath from my workouts. I took 2 scoop once and my body is was on fire, it was so damn uncomfortable 😂😂
Papa Noel I’m a 290lb guy but you got me to get my butt up and start exercising I just walked longer than I could then after that I ran the last lap so that I can push myself a little more
Don’t take pre work outs if you never have, you sooner or later become reliant on it, if you don’t know what your missing then don’t let curiosity kill the cat
Can you tell me the best pump supplement please? I hardly understand what pump or these supplements are, never tried one before and yes, I do workout☺️
Since I work out late in the afternoon, I can't take pre-workout because it prevents me from sleeping afterward. I stayed up the entire night because of it. It sucked. Even when taking only a single small scoop. Maybe I could take it if I worked out early in the morning though so itd ware off by the time I go to bed.
Just find a non stimulant version like gorilla mode nitric. No caffeine or energy supps to keep you awake. There's a few cheaper ones on the market as well you just have to search for them but they'll give you the focus and pump effects without making you feel wired for 6 hours.
So I’ve been at the gym for 2 months now and I’m not rlly seeing lots of progress, should I just put in harder work and more time, or should I go twice a day, with school it’s tough but I can make twice a day work
