Go behind the scenes on Noel Fielding's recent NME cover shoot in south London. He discusses his madcap new 'Luxury Comedy' show, and his dreams of a 'Mighty Boosh' movie. Read more in the mag interview, on sale January 1st.
Luxury Comedy needs Julian to ground it. Noel is like an open minded child that spews imagination out of his top and Julian translates it into understandable comedy while still including the heavy avant-garde surrealism. The two are a perfect duo and seeing Noel work alone on something resembling the Boosh (mainly because Noel did the art behind the show), makes me wish Julian was a part of it.
If they do not make a Boosh film, I will personally fly to England and basically just be really annoyed and try to find Noel and pester him until they make one.
He never ages. Always looks so young. I'm jealous. I understand the solo thing but of course we all want the boosh back. Noel is very creative and pretty insane (in a good way) so lets just watch him do his thing and appreciate his talent. Go hard you special man.
2:05 "A bit like a Will O' The Wisp." It's not actually an Oblivion reference but me being a gamer thought of the Will O' The Wisp in Oblivion instead of the ghostly being in swamps
In the interview, he talks about 'Noel Fieldings luxury comedy' which came out only a couple of months ago, i'm not going to argue anymore, the mighty boosh film isn't out yet.end of.
you can't ditch the boosh. it's impossible. the boosh is like the spirit of jazz, it haunts you for the rest of your life so that you can't hear certain words or phrases without wanting to rip your clothes of and sing a crimp.
@LionheartProds23 I believe Julian is the one who isn't interested anymore. He's not as childlike as Noel and is older than him also and a father now, so he has probably outgrown such silliness. I hope not but I think the Boosh is pretty much over.
read between the lines people. Noel just admitted in this very video that they aren't working on a movie at all. a thousand frowns like sticky lemon tear drops on a hot day.
Yes, i know i've seen it, but it's got nothing to do with Mighty Boosh, therefore, the mighty boosh film isn't out yet! You're just confusing yourself.
"Bunny and The Bull" is a Paul King movie, not the Mighty Boosh movie...It features both Julian and Noel but other than that, it's not related to the Boosh. Noel is also in the IT Crowd with Matt Berry and Richard Ayoade but just like "Bunny and The Bull" it has nothing to do with the Mighty Boosh. You're wrong. Don't believe me still? Check out recent interviews with both Noel and Julian where they discuss that they've just started writing the Boosh movie.
ur wronge the bunny and bull thing was not the mighty boosh movie it just had the comedians from the boosh in the movie and it had nothing to do with the boosh
