As far as I am concerned I am on day 20 and still I am looking for this attraction thing but its not anywhere near. The conclusion I have drawn is that due to PMO my body is radiating energies at very low freuency and very low intensity. So the damage will take time to repair. But the benefits I have experienced till now are (1)Reduction in hair loss (This is the reason why I started this Journey) (2) Sudden spike in body energy whenever I have urges and I try to suck that energy up in some thought. ( Breathing Techniques will help u in this) (3) Getting a good dopamine hit while listening to music.
