I am so happy I found this video, I'm on day 32 right now. I have never felt so much better in my life, but I still get those urges still and I get strong ones sometimes. I never meditated when I got them. I only just sat there and got through the urge and told myself, I don't watch porn anymore. I am in control of myself and I it went away after like 2 mins. I have relapsed so many times before and after all those relapses and how it made me feel right after I just never ever wanna feel that way again. I hope who ever is on this journey can get through those urges and never watch porn ever again. Porn is so disgusting just remember that, you get nothing good out of watching porn. Only to feel ashamed of yourself and to feel absolutely disgusting.

I relasped ten minutes ago. Before I could get up to 4 days, but I failed. Then it was just one day I tell myself stop but the next day stop but I do it. However, watching your video I took meditation to the next lesson. I got another urge but then I felt a meditation and met my inner peace I totally forgot about it. Thanks for the advice. Can't believe you've gone 1000+ days without fapping. I want to make that a goal without counting the days. Once again I appreciate and thanks, man.

I was at my lowest point when my grandpa passed at the beging of this year and i just couldnt live with my self and i just didnt get any urges anymore. Yes it took a person to die to make me stop doing that. I still feel like ending my self but i wont. I stopped and i wont do it untill i find someone i want to do it with. The fact that you will not stop doing something untill you find that you are at your lowest point and that someone will remember you being at your lowest point forever is what triggered this feeling.(Sorry for my bad english.)
